2-Way Integration

Hi,

I don't think this is possible but wanted to double check.

Is it possible to set it that when you are on a skype/teams call it will set your 3cx extension to DND and visa versa?

I have done the o365 integration but it doesn't quite work how I need it to and it only works for calendar appointments.

There is no solution for this from 3CX out of the box.

If you can somehow launch an application when you start and end a call on Skype/Teams, then you can use the CallTriggerCmd program available with 3CXPhone for Windows, which lets you change the status via command line. But I'm not sure if Skype/Teams provide this option.
