i have a 24 SC enterprise license, my question is:

does that mean that the 24 calls needs 24 SIP session or it varies?

Just means that the system can handle 24 total simultaneous calls, including internal, external and conference.

Your trunk can have 2 lines for all it cares.

I think the question is whether they need a separate DID for each separate phone call. The answer is no. Multiple simultaneous phone calls can come in on the same DID.
