Odoo CRM integration is available from Update 10 and according to guideline here.
This is not related with Odoo version as mentioned since the integration is through 3CX CRM API.

I'm on 3CX Version 20.0 Update 10 (Build 1716 Beta - AI 1.6.71)

I did use the settings on that page as my first try.

I was wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot the error.
