Hi,
I try to connect my 2N EntryCom IP Verso Doorbell (IP Doorbell with Camera) to my 3CX Server and Android
App. I get it to work 50%. I can call the Doorbell and the Doorbell can call me so far so good. But it should also transmit the Video and that's the problem. When the doorbell calls me, I can receive the call in the App. Now I
click on Video, but I can only hear Audio (a little louder). Maybe 3CX has a missing codec h264,h263,h263+ or so?
I set it up use this documentation.

https://wiki.2n.cz/hip/inte/latest/en/1-pbx/3cx-phone-system

If I use two Cellphones both with the 3CX App installed I can made Videocalls to each other.

Thanks for your help

Simple reason: the 3CX apps only support VP8/9. The Webclient supports VP8/9 and H264. Most doorphones, videophones and others all use the H264.

Currently the mobile app uses a different codec, so it will not be possible unfortunately.

You can view the video from the webclient, or desktphones that support H.264

Is there a plan for the future add h.264 to the App (with extra costs like Zoiper )? Zoiper can do that, but I still hove problems to get it connected to my 3cx server, but I work on it.

I wouldn't count on that.

No plans for that at the moment.
