2nd Option Outbound Route Kicks In Too Soon

Got a weird one, the 3CX routes calls out via an internal SIP trunk to a Mitel 3300 which then sends the call out on an external SIP trunk, if you give the 3CX the option to have a 2nd route to dial out via a bridge it tries the first route for less than a second then switches to the 2nd route before the 1st route has a chance to connect?

It is weird. 3CX will switch to the next Route of an Outbound Rule in a few cases:

• When Route times out (32 seconds)
• When the Provider selected in Route 1 is not registered (or 3CX "thinks" its not registered)
• If Provider of Route 1 responds wit ha SIP error code other than 486 Busy Here.

you might want to turn on Verbose Logging, make a call and check the activity log. Might give you some more info.
