Solved 3 Fax extensions in one 3CX?

Hi,
I'm setting up 3CX at a company with three branches; all employees should be in the same 3CX (which is not a big deal), but each branch should have its own Fax. Unfortunately, I don't get phone numbers for testing purposes from the trunk provider (...)
I'm pretty sure, I'll be able to assign several DIDs to the Fax server, but how can I send the e-mail with the fax-pdf itselft to 3 different E-Mail-adresses, depending on the dialed Fax number (i.e., each branch has its own number block with its own fax number and should be able to receive only their own faxes)?

Hi @IFAdmin,

This can be done by setting up DIDs for each fax number and selecting the 'Route calls to' section's 'Destination for calls during office hours' to 'Send fax to' then choosing the extension you've set up. It will send it to the email address in parenthesis.

Ahhh,
I see: instead of routing all Fax numbers to the fax-server-extension (default is 88?), I can create 3 (new) extensions (just like "normal" phones, give them the e-mail-adress of the fax-destination and select at the trunk "send fax to" this extension? That seems reasonable ☺
