Solved 3-way/Conference calls - Removing individual calls

Good morning!

I am using the 3CX Hosted environment. When I start a 3-way call it converts to a conference call. What is the easiest way to drop an individual from the call when needed?

I use the 3CX Desktop and Mobile apps.

Hello @RoyJ

Either from the 3CX Desktop App or the WebClient you can navigate to Meet on the left side of the panel. There you will see the conference created with the participants. You will be able to drop specific users and re-add them. Even if you start the conference from the 3CX Mobile app and you are logged in also to the WebClient or Desktop App you will be able to see the conference to the Meet panel.

I just tested this. It will take some getting used to, but it worked.

I wish it were a little simpler.
