31 Day Licence?

Some of our phone system renewals land in an inconvenient time of the year, and we would really like to move the renewal date. At present this is impossible, and now that we can't change licence keys, we couldn't even sacrifice some time left on a licence, by replacing a licence before it was needed. I may be alone here, but is there any chance of 3CX introducing a month renewal, to facilitate moving the annual renewal to a more convenient time of the year?

There is no need to wait till the inconvienent expiry date to renew a 3CX license. The license renewal simply adds one year to the current expiry and can be done ahead of renewal date.

Cheers, I'm aware that is how it works, however it would still help me to have the renewal date moved in some cases.

There is no way to move the date and you already know that it is not necessary.

I suspect OP wants to move the renewal later, for instance January instead of December.

I highly doubt they'd do it, but maybe for 20%-50% higher per month.

I bet if you contact 3CX support they might be able to help you align the dates...
