3CX 10 Lost activation

Hi,
Today I've lost my activation on production 3CX server v10.
I have a valid license key and support subscription but can't get it working back like a FULL version.
Only free features are available.
When I try to activate - I get connection errors.

Any chance to activate it again?

3CX have made some changed to the activation servers, regarding SSL certificates

You need to upgrade to 15.5 SP6

Hi!

A few months ago, 3CX offered free upgrades to all existing users so that they have the ability to go to the last version. The reason behind this was because the activation of older versions would stop being able to activate.

All active users/partners should have received an email about this.

Anyhow, contact the 3CX Customer Service team and they should be able to help you out and advise you how to proceed. You will have to upgrade to V15.5 SP6, but it will get your system back up and running.

You could also swap across to a Linux based server when you upgrade to v15 and save yourself a Windows licence

But I can`t upgrade v10 to v12 and there's no v11 download link available
