3CX 15.5 SP2 Update

Hi,
i am trying to update 3CX 15.5 to 15.5 SP2. I go to update select available update like in the image and click download then it log me out of the console but when i login back i see the update still available to update.
it mean that my system not update to 15.5 SP2 yet.
anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @Ravilla

Please note that the update could take some time depending on the machine. Typically no more that 15 minutes. If you try to log back in very soon you will disrupt the upgrade procedure. Wait for the confirmation email before trying to log back in
