We are having an issue with 3cx not routing calls if a trunk is busy.
I have the welltech setup as route 1 in our default outgoing route with a VOIP provider setup as route 2 to 5 in the default outgoing rule. If the analog lines connected to the welltech are offline or disconnected the welltech returns "600 Busy Everywhere" and 3cx does not attempt to route the outgoing call to VOIP provider.
Both work independently with no problems.
Anyone use this kind of configuration know if it will work properly? I'm thinking it might work if the VOIP provider was setup as primary because the trunk gets listed offline if there is an issue with the VOIP provider. I would prefer to use the analog though as it's much cheaper.
