3cx 15 Time Zone

I set a wrong Time Zone for 3cx Ver. 15
Where i can set global option time zone?

Can you please clarify in which time zone you which to change the system to?

I have just upgraded to V15 and set the time zone at install (Brisbane Australia) and after a reboot it seems to have gone to GMT.
I cannot see any place to make a global change or even check what time zone is being used.
Parameters and Templates appear too complex to make such a simple change.
A double click on the phone in V12 and all you needed to see was there.
