3CX 16 SC configuration with PRI Line

Hi,

I need to buy a 3CX Pro version, with 16 SC. My existing PRI Line can handle a total of 30 Simultaneous calls.

Can i go with 16 SC Plan ?

Also, if i go with a 16 SC Plan and say i receive a 17th call on my PRI line. Will it disconnect all my 16 running calls ?

On the 17th call, you will get a message that the license has been exceeded, it will not terminate existing calls.

Remember internal calls (between handsets) are counted towards the license count. The license count is all active incoming calls, internal calls

How many handsets are you deploying ?
