3CX and DB interface

Is it possible to have 3CX connected to any DB like SQL, so (p.e.) when a caller input a number we can search in the DB and present the result information related to that number?? if so how can we do that? any additional app or interface??

You can access the database via ODBC Connection.

With this you can write an application to do as you like

or use MyPhone to notify an external program on a incoming call.

I wish to cofigurate the IVR for consulting a data for a Database (MSSQL,MySQL,PGSQL), send information like ID or Number or something, It's Possible?

You can use 3CX VAD (Voice application designer) to achieve your goals.
