3CX and Jabra 410 compatibility

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Jabra 410 Speakerphone working with my 3CX softphone. All features and functionality work...except the "off-hook" button on the Jabra. Calls are clear, can dial via softphone or keyboard and the "on-hook" button works fine...only the "off-hook" is not functioning. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and upgraded the 410 firmware

Looking to see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation? Any ideas to resolve the problem?
