3cx and opera integration problem

Hello all.We have done 3cx and opera integration,it works but the hotel is facing this kind of problem.Some time the room status from the analogue phone to pms doesn't change and this doesn't happen to specific extentions.We have grandstream GWX on which the analogue phones are connected.I opened 3cx support case and they told me to coctact grandstream support.Does anyone have done the same integration with the same grandstream GWX devices and if anyone has any idea?

3CX support probably gave you more details of why you need to contact Grandstream support. Most probably, DTMF digits are not being sent properly, and that causes that 3CX can't register the change.
