Solved 3CX and OPNSense Firewall

Good day,
Anyone every use OPNSense and 3CX before?
I've been using OPNSense lately for review and testing the 3CX phone system through it. The walkthrough for the PFSense should be similar however, I'm not getting the proper results when using the NAT | Port Forwarding options in the firewall. Is there any how-tos for the product or have suggestions would be greatful.
