Hi,
I've already installed 3CX and the SN4634 within the same subnet without big problems.
The problems begin because I have to use the SN4634 as a unique router for 2 subnet.
This means that every subnet has a router that has the SN4634 as the gateway.
Schema:
LAN A --> ROUTER A --> LAN B --> SN4634 --> ADSL MODEM --> INTERNET
The 3CX is within the LAN A (the one using VoIP).
The Gateway is using the PSTN, no VoIP provider is configured.
At first I was able to dial/receive a call, but unable to hear the voice.
Enabling the 'pbx delivers audio' the voice is present.
But if I use the HOLD function, the calling phone doesn't hear the music and I cannot return to the waiting call.
The transfer function does not work too.
I've played with the "bind to media server"/"external device" options without success.
Is this a problem related to NAT or what?
Thank you.
Nicola
