Hi
Hosting 3CX on premise.
All my users use windows 10/11 and they login into our systems via Microsoft Remote Desktop (Win 2012R2).
They have a Jabra headset installed on the local computer.
As far as I can see, then 3CX windows app must be installed on the client Pc, but then the user have to switch between local pc and Remote Desktop.
Is it possible to have a W3CX Windows app running on the Remote Desktop session and when the user clicks "Answer call" a signal is sent to the local pc, so that Jabra will pick up the call?
What is best practice here?
Thanks.
