Unsupported 3CX and Sipgatebasic UK

Hiya, I know this has been posted a million times by other users already, but I cannot find a recent thread on this topic.

I've tried using a generic VOIP provider and popped the details in. I believe sipgate's sip connect link is down, as i've tried pinging it in commandn prompt and it is coming back with no error.

The sipgate forums are not reguarly up to date either.

Sipgate UK isn't supported, but what you could try is to check if the supported Sipgate Germany link is working, after which I'd suggest contacting them to investigate further.
