3CX and SMS w/voice

Hello All,

I have a client that likes to use SMS. Is it possible to send the voice portion of the call to one ring group and send the SMS portion to a different ring group? 3cx v18 build 8 final

Yes, send the DID to a IVR that forwards to a Ring Group after 1 second and route the SMS to the other RG.
