3CX and Speech Server 2007

When you have incoming call to 3CX is it possible to forward it (without any extra software) to Speech Server 2007 on TCP? If so is there any step by step manual/example or do I need to buy support to make it work? I know 3CX supports TCP but so far every time I try to forward it comes on UDP (and I can't append transport=tcp anywhere)
