We are having an odd issue. Yesterday our 3cx SMS function was working perfectly fine(Twilio service), but today, our SMS is not functioning properly. Nothing changed, but now the following issue is occurring
-Agent 1 tries to send SMS to a client number. The SMS does not go through to client, but if client sends an sms to Agents’s DID first, it goes through to Agent, and then agent’s SMS responses go through fine. This seems to be happening on a couple of Agents, not everyone.
Nothing has changed that im aware of. I double checked the web hooks and inbound routing. Im baffled.
