3cx and VPN

Hello all. this might have been discussed already but i need assistance.

we have a 3cx site. version. while locally in our network users can connect with their 3cx softphone and place calls to each other and to external numbers. when we connect in with our cisco vpn they are only able to call internal numbers, and receive calls from the outside but when they dialup an external number they get "call Failed, forbidden, we are running v12.0 sp6

i dont see any denys on the fire wall. do i start at the firewall or the server..

What does the 3CX log show? What type of trunking are you using? Does an external set, using VPN, register as a local IP (same subnet)?
