Hello,
I have integrated Zoho and 3CX and it works fine. I also integrate Office 365 and 3CX as well as Office 365 and Zoho.
I am synchronizing contact from Zoho to Office 365, then I am synchronizing contact from Office 365 to 3CX. Contacts go in my personal phone book. At that stage no problem at all.
My problem is that since I integrate 3CX with Zoho CRM, each time I receive a call from a known contact, this contact is created in the company phone book.
That creates duplicate contact in my view since I see twice the same contact, one in my personal (sync from O365) and the second one in the company (sync from CRM).
The contact in the company phone books are not sync from CRM until I call or I receive a call from a contact that is already in the CRM.
2 questions:
How can I force the full synchronization of the company phone book with the CRM? (and in that case I will remove O365-3CX integration)
How can I disable contact creation in the company phone book from the CRM?
Thanks
Vincent
