3CX and Zoho Intergration

Hello all

I currently have a client using 3cx Pro 16.0.8.16 and we are trying to intergrate their current CRM Zoho into it. Everything seems to go smoothly until we get to the testing phase where we return the following error

"Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_QUERY","details":{"reason":"the field is not available for search","api_name":"Other_Phone"},"message":"invalid query formed","status":"error"}"

What am I missing?

Any help greatly apriciated

The field is hidden, you'll need to make it visible. There are hundreds of threads about that.

Also, v16 will be EOL this year. I would upgrade to v18 ASAP.
