3CX and ZohoDesk Integration

I need some assistance integrating 3cx with Zoho Desk. Integration with ZohoCRM works okay but not with ZohoDesk. Anyone have some solution for me, please share.

We don't have an integration for Zoho Desk. However, I know that Zoho has developed it. You might want to contact Zoho support to get this integration from them.

The Click to Call should work okay, outbound that is.
Inbound, we use the full Zoho One and use this in the web browser, it then searches using the Zia search across multiple Zoho apps, which are selectable:

Enter this in Settings - Integration.
