3CX Android App call out works but shows blank dialer

I am confused of what is going on. Brand new android phone - TMobile REVVL 6 Pro. 3CX works for all out going and incoming calls on a registered line.

When user (aka me) calls out, it brings up a blank non 3CX dialer and I have to press back button to see the dialer from 3CX - screenshots is attached. You will see the main dialer, then I dial, press call, this blue screen comes up and I have to press back to see the last screenshot. This is not what happens when I was using the iOS version so I am pretty sure this is a bug or setting issue that I need help with.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your feedback.
I would try to disable Telecom API and give it a shot.

Hamburger Settings > Settings > Advanced > Audio options > Disable Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API)
