3cx Android app disconnects with busy tone

I have a 3CX Android app that used to work fine, but now it does not. It shows Ready for Calls, but when it receives a call and it is answered, there is a busy tone. Also when a call is made there is a busy tone. Most of the time, the interface shows that it is reconnecting, then it immediately shows Ready for Calls. So it seems to drop the line.

It is the beta app.

The Phone is Samsung S10.

Any ideas what could cause this? I already reinstalled and reprovisioned the app.

Could you provide more information?

Does this happen regardless of what network you're using? WiFi, LTE etc?

Thx yes this happens on the local network on Wifi and on LTE.

• Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy S10
• Android Version: [Android 11]
• App Version: [16.7.4.74]
• 3CX PBX Version: [V16 Update 9 (] / [ Raspberry Pi]
• Network Connection: [WiFi & LTE] / [IPv4]
• Client is on the same network as the PBX or not? Both on the same network and outside the network (LTE)

The issue is consistent, no call can be made or received.

Are you able to add this extension to another android device? When testing, use the same type of connection, is the extension able to make and receive calls?

Sorry took a while.

The behavior is exactly the same (with any extension). The line shows green both in the app as in the Admin interface.
The phone rings when dialed, but when I answer the call I get the busy tone. Also when I use the phone to make a call (internal or external) it gives the dial tone.

ps. On an iPhone it works as expected. But that is the regular app, not the beta app.
