3cx Api creating Provision files

I am creating users through the api by getting the information out of my AD. The problem I am having is that after a user is created, when you go into the web interface and click on an extension and then hit OK it will add a bunch of parameters to the new user and also it creates a the file 3cxProv_DATE_EXTENSIONNUMBER.xml that the 3cxPhone uses for provisioning. This is what I want but I cant get it to auto generate this file through the API without manually doing. I was just wondering if there was an easier way to have the extensions auto generate these files through the API.
