3cx App connecting in Local Network - wifi

3cx app not working in local/native network, external network is fine. From where we can change settings, it's a V20.

To elaborate on this, a 3CX app, even in the internal network requires a secure connection, which is only attainable with an SSL certificate bound to the FQDN of the PBX.

Since the PBX alreasy has an SSL certificate on your 3cx.ae domain you will need to configure split DNS to resolve the FQDN to the internal IP Address of your server

Failing that, if you are unable to provide an internal DNS server, then you could also use your router/firewall's hairpin NAT capabilities, if it has these capabilities.

The host file doesnt belong to your mobile. You need to follow the link @NicholasP_3CX posted.
