Which DIDs Are Available?​

Only DIDs assigned directly to the user's extension appear in the selector. A DID assigned to a department, queue or ring group does not become selectable simply because the user is a member. This keeps the available choices tied to explicit individual assignments.

We need the inbound call routing to work as before, but want the simple way for the user to select their outbound number. In most of my sites there most of the staff will be making calls for multiple brands and this implementation restricts it to just one extension

I agree, it would be usefull for users to be able to select the DID of a queue for outbound calls.

I agree, it would be usefull for users to be able to select the DID of a queue for outbound calls.

Give it time, I'm sure a feature that can do this will come.

Its already possible to change outbound caller ID based on prepended digits, do this to get you by for now.
