installing 3cx phone system for a company. ip phones went in smooth as well as most mobile phones apps.
one is giving me trouble: Xiaomi poco m3 pro.
provision is successful and the app loads and shows connected and available,
but when the extension is called, either internal calls or external, the phone doesn't show anything. when trying to call others it just hangs up.
after the simple first step of trying to turn it off and on again, we tried re-provisioning, re-installing the app, trying other phones (which worked fine with the extension on 2 different phones),
we also tried checking the phone for system updates and scanned the settings to see if any app or setting is blocking the app in any way. none.
we tried calls on wifi and on cellular, in office and out of office. its the same everywhere. just nothing happens.
any ideas?
