Solved 3CX app iOS AND Android don’t ring/vibrate anymore by incoming call.

Since a few days, the 3CS do not ring and vibrate anymore on both, iOS and Android.
But the call is noted under missed calls (iOS and Android)
Nothing changed on the 3cx console / the phones.
Installed all pending updates in the console, botted the server and the mobiles - no change.

But - unfortunately - the thread was closed as solved!

Update:
I have updatet further (about 4-6) console versions until 16.0 Update 8 Final.
=> Now, both (iOS and Android) seems to work again

Sounds like you were not up-to-date and the Push did change a lot in the last year for both iOS and Android.

Always keep up-to-date!
