Please can someone assist me with the below issue. We have a client on about 30 staff members with Iphones as well as Samsungs and the app works perfectly.
There are 4 staff members with Huawei phones that the 3CX app installs however it doesnt show online on 3CX as well as they cannot receive any calls on the app, they can only make outgoing calls from the App. I have done some searching and apparently it has something to do with Google push services but surely 3CX has created a fix for this by now??
Please help.
