One of our customers is offshoring all of their incoming calls handling. My concern is the quality of the multiple new receptionist's Internet connection. So, I'm looking for a robust way to monitor and track remote phone app, browser or Windows program connection quality, sort of like the SBC stats visible in the MC.
Is there any way to see, track and possibly get alerts when an extension has poor connection quality, besides an abrupt unregistering? FWIW, I'm unable to install any software on the new receptionist's PC's.
I've vaguely noticed there are apps and services that monitor remote connections, devices and such, which became a thing during Covid. If anyone has related suggestions for something on the simpler side, I'm interested, please.
Thanks!
