I wonder why the provisioning of the desktop app requires the intervenience of the users. It should be possible, after installing/deploying the .msi, for the user to login with SSO and that provisioning happens in the background. I know other vendors do it like this, so why shouldn't a great softphone vendor like 3CX do it.
Another annoying provisioning remark for smartphone users. There are a lot of smartphone users that only use their smartphone and have no direct acces to PC. When they receive their 3CX welcome mail on the smartphone, there is nog possibility for them to provision their app. They have to scan the QR-code on their own screen!
Can their please be a provision link in the mail for the smartphone app.
