3CX app push notification not working on OPPO phone

Hi, we are currently using 3CX phone system V15.5 and having issue with push notification with 1 extension using app on OPPO smartphone.
We have tried many way but seem OPPO phone have not push intergration with 3CX.
Can some one pls helps us on this. Some test we have did:
- Using 3CX account pushing
- Using own firebase account
- Enabled push under extension settings
- Force using whitelist batery optimize for 3CX app on OPPO phone.

Is the issue only with the OPPO device? What Android version is the device running? You could check that notifications are allowed for the 3CX app on the device also and try sending a new welcome email. A new welcome email is always required when the Push account changes.

=> At this time I just found problems with OPPO phone only. I have provisioning that extension to another I-Phone and Sony phone, push notifications working normally.

What Android version is the device running?
=> On OPPO F5 phone, it's show Android 7.1.1, ColorOS V3.2

You could check that notifications are allowed for the 3CX app on the device also and try sending a new welcome email. A new welcome email is always required when the Push account changes.
=> Yes, we have did this many time but push notification not working at all.

Since Push is working with a Sony device means that Push is correctly configured on the server. Make sure that the client is excluded from any battery optimisations on the OPPO device so the client is allowed to wake up. I do not have an OPPO device at the moment to test and see the settings but since it is Android you should be able to have it working.
