3CX APP Request Failed when Making and Receiving calls

Good day, I have setup a test 3CX Environment and tested from various phones. All accounts worked fine from Apple IPhone 11, Samsung S10, Huawei P30, Samsung S21 Ultra for testing and can do outgoing calls to extensions and mobile numbers and receive incoming calls. I now purchased 6 phones Hisense U50 models for use before going live and all accounts that works on the previous phones shows Request Failed when Making or Receiving calls from the Hisense U50 phones. I see a similar issue on Hisense U40 Lite at https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-making-and-receiving-calls.84355/post-394486 but not a solution provided.

Hi @JohanThiart, thank you for the feedback.
Could you please try the following and let us know if it helps:
Please check your Android App Settings (Three horizontal bars top left) >> Settings >> Advanced >> Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API), if it's checked can you uncheck it?

I have disabled the option and restarted phone and still the same . Android version is 8.1.0 on the Hisense U50 not sure if it will make a difference.

The solution for Hisense U40 Lite was an update on device. Could you please make sure that devices are fully updated?

Hi @JohanThiart, log reports received and will be investigated.
Does the device come with google services pre-installed from the manufacturer?

Thanks for the feedback. It comes with all Google Services pre-installed. No additional apps installed on phone currently and all other non used pre-installed app services stopped for troubleshooting (Only Google related apps installed and Android OS apps, nothing additional pre-installed). Issue still remains

Based on PM Hisense U50 exchanged with Xiaomi Redmi 9A phones, so thread can be closed.
