Since yesterday,
We have had users contact us and tell us when they try to dial one of our extensions (112) it goes to the UK emergency services (we are in Canada)
I checked and It looks like both on android and iOS, the newer versions of the 3CX app (android v18.0.9.98) behave like this:
when you dial an emergency number like 112 or 911, the OS pops up to complete this through your phone app not 3CX and you get redirected to call the number through your phone which will obviously result in calling emergency services.
Is there a way to remove 112 as an emergency number from 3CX?
Not sure what exactly has changed but this seems to have happened because the 3CX app was updated so probably not android or iOS who are the culprit here.
