3CX App shows always the extension instead of caller number

Hello,
When i get a call on my 3cx app it always displays the extension where its incoming and not the number of the caller.

How can we change that?

Could that be the DID rule name, that is being added? Other than being taken from a phonebook entry in the phone, I don't know why it would be displaying the destination extension number as caller ID.
Does CID work correctly on sets other than the App?

Remove the option to Prepend the DID / Group / CallerID names to the CID from the Management Console: Advanced >> Contacts >> Options.

But is this normal? That if i set Prepend then it does not prepend but replace? It would be great to see both, number and DID

Display size on some devices is limited. If you have too much information. caller name, caller number, DID name, queue name, then some may be truncated.

If you still want to add names, in 3CX, to identify where the call comes from, try using very short (or no, where permitted) identifiers, and perhaps prepend, rather than append.
