3cx app will not shut off

Why can't I have the 3cx app on when I want rather than it constantly ringing in the office. I want it when I want it ie at home when teleworking but not when I'm sitting 3 inches away from my Yealink desktop phone and headset.
This can't be right - its driving me insane. I go to apps and force shutdown, I get a call and it starts ringing again, its crazy.

Firstly, what mobile OS?

You can deactivate your EXT on the mobile by unchecking it in the app settings.

Otherwise, create yourself a status for when your in-office and uncheck the push notification settings to prevent receiving notifications on your mobile.

this can be acheived from the web client > Settings > Call FW > Status Name

Helpful information, but this is still awkward. There should be a "Close" command on the menu, and a "Close and Exit"
