3CX as hosted services and Grandstream 2600 series telephones

Greetings everyone !

This may have been asked before but I did not seem to be able to find an answer .

3CX states that the Grandstream 26XX carrier grade Grandstream telephones are not supported yet .
But the telephones are selling as a phone for hosted services platforms !

Am I missing something here ?

You're missing how 3CX is not related to Grandstream's marketing. Selling as a "phone for hosted platform" is not just for 3CX.

Those phones are pretty new so no, they are not officially supported at the moment. You can ask Grandstream for the config template if needed.

These are new phones,

if 3cx are going to support them , no testing have been done to confirm there work with 3cx. Until there are tested, you will not see them on the support hardware list for 3cx.

It always take a while for new hardware to be tested.

Thx for the answers as I get it .. Also I have been talking to Grandstream as well but wanted to get 3CX's answer as well .

On the 1782 there are errors on the 3CX console of not supported as well . Just looking for an update on both !

As for Our hosted clients : They are not using the 26XX series phones yet but we are starting to get people interested and have been marketing them as well !

The GXP1782 is supported. If it's in red, you probably need to update the firmware or the template.

I would not recommend selling phones that are not supported yet. Grandstream can support you but 3CX won't. Stay in the supported phones if you
