3cx Assistant Detect Presence

Is there a way for the 3cx Assistant to automatically set the status to away when a user is not logged into the assistant and automatically set it to available when they log in?

Also it would be awesome if it could detect when the user walks away (screen saver comes on) so that it can set it to away.

This would allow us to route calls to employee cell phones when they are not at their desks and not make it difficult for them.

For the 3CX Assistant, it can´t change the status in the 3CX phone.
If you want to the screensaver change the status for the user extension from available to away, then you only need to change in the 3CX Phone preferences in the behavior "When screen server starts: from No action to Set to Away.

This option is available for 3CXPhone versioned 4.0.9204 or greater. Open the Preferences dialog, and you will find this option on the bottom side.

Ahh. I see. That option would be great if it was included in the Assistant so that desk phones can be set to away if they are not using the softphone.
