My Scenario:
1.) Webconference with SFB On Premise
2.) Telephone conference with 3CX
I would like the following:
1.) Create a telephone conference in the 3CX (The appointment opens before the send)
2.) Employees click on SFB Meeting the calendar entry automatically generates the web conference session ID and places this together with the link in the invitation underneath the 3CX Phone conferenz Dailin data.
3.) Employees can send out the appointment without additional rework
This must be possible somehow there should be no reason that this should not work.
Is there a setting in the config file or an option in the WebGUI which allows to set "open appointment before sending" ?
Any help is appreciated.
