3CX AWS IP

i create 3CX in Amazon AWS and every thing is OK ... then i make elastip ip address to my debian machine so the public ip is change to the new elastic one , after that i can't login to my 3CX MC with fqdn only i can do it with new elastic ip ... even after i go to 3CX MC and change static ip to the new one ... but still i can't login with my fqdn .. why

Perhaps you just have to wait for DNS update related to your public ip change on FQDN
Normally it takes 24 hours max to update but very often is less than that few hours is enough

If the was set to static and you changed the option to Dynamic IP address you may need to restart the PBX services to apply the change. Then you will need to wait for the DNS propagation to reach you.

If you install the PBX using static IP changing the IP will not change DNS unless you move it to Dynamic. The best solution to your problem is simple, take a backup witth the FQDN and License key.

Uninstall 3CX, re-install 3CX and restore the backup during initial setup, at the prompt select Static IP, the whole idea of using Elastic IP in AWS is to have the ability to use Static IP for your DNS record.

This should fix your issue.
