I have one 3CX instance that the scheduled backups keep failing on. It is a Windows box running local backups to the default 3CX backup directory. Manual backups succeed with no issues the problem is only happening on scheduled jobs
The error I get is "*.zip.tmp because it is being used by another process"
Has anyone seen this issue or have any ideas on what may be causing it?
I have excluded this directory from my AntiVirus software already thinking maybe it was AV related. I have also tried changing the time of day that my backups run.
