Previous engineer had installed 3CX in our data firewall DMZ. I'm putting it behind an SBC and only need a single LAN interface on my 3CX.

It's my understanding that I have to rebuild the VM. Since I've already assigned a 3CX controlled FQDN/Cert and installed my license file, how do I do this without blowing anything away except the DMZ interface? Gratefully, I've built on a couple of phones so it's not critical to necessarily restore the actual configuration.

Hi @amir_,

The best thing to do is to take a full backup, then move the backup off of the VM. Create a new VM and install OS of your choice (if Linux, use the 3CX ISO, if Windows, ensure you're using a supported Windows OS), then install 3CX using the backup you created.

Note: I recommend shutting down your old VM instead of deleting it until the new VM is up and running.

Thank you sir.
