3cx + Bitrix24 CRM integration issue

Hi,
Im try to integrate our 3cx phone system with Bitrix24 CRM using this manual [URL]https://www.3cx.com/docs/bitrix24-crm-integration/[/URL] Im do all required step and have connection from 3cx to bitrix.
But when I test to open client card (screen 3cx1) its redirect to wrong IP(screen 3cx2). So I guess the redirection is configured wrong, now its forwarded to:
https://our3cxserver.3cx.eu:5001/webclient/bitrixname/crm/contact/show/21/

but must redirect tot
https://bitrixurl.com/crm/contact/show/21


On browser console mode I see the same it`s redirect to our

So I guess the redirection is configured wrong.

Our 3cx version is 15.5.15502

Please help to resolve the issue.

This is probably a wrong configuration in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration > Bitrix. How did you configure the values for Web Hook URL and Domain? It seems that you have entered the URL of the Web Client there...

Once you correct this configuration, please go to the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts > Delete CRM Contacts. So you delete the contacts added with the wrong URL.
