All of a sudden nothing is showing on my 3CX softphone. I remember receiving an update few days ago but it was still working then. Today, just nothing but I am able to dial out. See images below. I've cleaned the registry and reinstalled the software and went back to an earlier restore point. Still the same.

1. Can you please log in to your Webclient (see your welcome email for link) and see if it shows your history, chats and colleagues extensions?

2. Can you tell us what version your PBX system is? (ie. 16.0.5.622)

on my pc release version of windows client is ending .179, try to update yours to latest
